What is it?Craniosacral therapists apply gentle pressure to the head and back to improve the flow of spinal fluid. How is it meant to work?It is believed that moving the spinal fluid around the central nervous system improves a vital body rhythm. Improving this rhythm in the spinal fluid can heal emotional problems. Does it work?There are reports that craniosacral therapy has been used to treat people with depression.
